Big hearted Casinos donate to charity

The Victoria Casino in London has announced a 24 hour pokerthon, in aid of St Johns Hospice in May’

   All the registration fees from the thursday and friday events will be donated,  along with the rake from the new 24hr VIP poker room.

  6 events will take place over the 2 day period ( may 7th and 8th), with the winners of each event going through to a 6 seater final table, where the winner will receive a seat in the £100,000  GUKPT Champion of Champions event.

   Also on saturday the 2nd of may , the Grosvenor Casino Stoke On Trent will be holding a Birthday Bash for regular and much respected player Dale Leighton, with all the registration fees going to the charity of Dale`s choice.

   8pm  will be start time for this a £28  freeze-out game, with £5 going to the chosen charity, £3 going towards a meal at the interval, and the remaining£20 going into the prize pool. Lots of raffle prizes will also be on offer, along with an auction of 1 or 2 interesting items that have been donated by various people in the poker world.
